AIADMK supremo J Jayalalithaa is certain to be sworn in as chief minister of Tamil Nadu on May 23. There is no legal hassle as she has been acquitted in a disproportionate assets case announced by the Karnataka High Court. It is learnt that MLAs meet will be held on May 22nd and present Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam will tender his resignation soon after the meet. Soon after, party will elect Jayalalithaa as the party legislature leader and party chief Jayalalithaa would be sworn in as chief minister the following day.
