A strong earthquake of magnitude 7.9 on Richter scale and a series of tremors struck Nepal on Saturday. The epicenter of the earthquake is 81 kms from Kathmandu, concentrated at Lung Jung area. The quakes also jolted parts of North and Northeast India. Dharahara Tower, a 19th century nine-storey tall tower in Kathmandu, has collapsed. Around 100 people are trapped in the rubble of the collapsed Dharahara Tower.
