The dead body of cricketer Ankit Keshri, who died in a deadly on-field collision, has been handed over to his family in Kolkata last evening. After Australian cricketer Phillip Hughes's death last November, this promising Bengal batsman Ankit Keshri died owing to an injury sustained during a CAB's knock out match on April 17. Keshri was in hospital since three days and was recovering till Sunday evening. However, in the early hours of Monday morning, Keshri suffered a cardiac stroke and was put on ventilator before he was declared dead. Actually, Keshri was not a part of the playing XI and was the 12th man of the side in the fateful match.
