CBI Special court will deliver the verdict today in case of sensational Satyam Scam which hit the headlines few years back. Last month, though the case inquiry was finished, the verdict was postponed. The prime accused B Ramalinga Raju, the founder chairman of Satyam Computer, and the other 10 accused, appeared in the court last month on the same day before the Court. Ramalinga Raju has confessed, on 7th Jan, 2009, of fudging of his company's accounts and inflating profits over many years to the tune of Rs 7,136 crore. The CBI probed the case, alleging that Satyam had caused a loss of Rs 14,000 crore to its shareholders, causing huge damage to the country's IT sector.
