There is a common practice that baraats, or the processions accompanying grooms are known to be coming late due to dancing in streets and beating of drums and thereby keeping the bride and her family waiting. In Rampur at Taunkpuri Tanda village, elders have come out with a rule stating that they will charge Rs. 100 for every minute that a baraat is late. The groom will be fined if he's not punctual. Watch the special rule being adopted in the village.
