Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba's chairman Jack Ma met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his visit to India in a bid to expand its presence in India. It is for the second time that Jack Ma met the PM in last four months. Ma discussed how Alibaba can help empower small businesses in India and invest in e-commerce Industry providing more employment to Indian youth. PM Modi has assured of his support. Ma is the richest man in China and has founded Alibaba in 1999 in Hangzhou.
