Russia's resolution attempting to stop extending benefits to same sex couples has been rejected by the United Nations. The crucial move has taken place after the general assembly budget committee vote. India, Iran, Saudi Arabia, China, Egypt and Pakistan are the countries who are in its Anti-Gay Right stand and later Russia has joined them. Though 43 countries have supported Russia over it, while 80 countries have decided to vote for gay rights.
