The First full-fledged Budget of the separated Andhra Pradesh for the year 2015-16 has been presented in the Assembly by the Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu today. Total AP Budget outlay is Rs.1,13,049 crore, out of which non-plan expenditure is Rs. 78,637 crore and planned expenditure Rs.34,412 crore. The FM presented a gloomy and pathetic picture of state finances in the background of centre's failure to recognize its special needs after bifurcation at the start of his speech.
