Speaking on the Telangana Budget, BJP's Laxman found fault with Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's statement that the central government will extend financial assistance to the state. Laxman said this is in stark contrast to KCR's statement that next to Gujarat, Telangana was a rich state. In this background, expecting financial assistance from the central government is very ambitious of KCR, Laxman said. He also criticized that there was no mention of interest accrued to farm loans of 33 Lakhs farmers who have been waived loans in installments.
