Google has teamed up with sustainable Amazon foundation, a group promoting preservation of the area to arm chair explorers a close up view of Amazon Jungle in Brazil. The system works same as Google Street view. It was made possible by hikers carrying cameras recording images which allows to navigate through thick forest and long rivers. The tour also features stops in 17 local villages, by which virtual travelers can see how people live along the Amazon River.
