The black money issue has rocked the parliament for the second consecutive day today after the winter session began. Both houses started by paying tributes to the victims of 26/11 killings. After that in question hour, Central Ministers answered the questions raised by MPs. However, even after this, the debate on black money did not start and opposition members were unhappy about this. Parliamentary affairs minister Venkaiah Naidu said that they are ready to discuss the matter. He said that Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will brief on this in Rajya Sabha and after a while, it would be taken up in Lok Sabha.
