The employees' unions of Telangana are in a state of dissatisfaction as their problems have not been solved even five months after the formation of Telangana. The unions blame their higher officials for delaying and hindering the process of solution. The much-awaited special increment, promised by the chief minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao, to the employees participated in T-agitation, is being delayed. The employees are still hopeful of the new government solving their issues based on KCR's statement that the TS govt is employee-friendly.
