Students reluctant to sit for EAMCET-2 re-exam

Thu, Jul 28, 2016, 11:07 AM
Confusion continues to surround the EAMCET examination. Reports that the Telangana government is considering a re-examination following the confirmation of the leakage of EAMCET-2 paper are creating fears among the students who will have to sit for the examination once again. They are reluctant to do so, saying once is enough. For a re-examination they will have to go over the syllabus all over again, for which they do not have an inclination.

The students told a TV channel in Warnagal, from where Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister hails, in tears that they do not want a re-examination.

The parents of the students are equally worried. The parents say the children are facing depression. One parent said his daughter had gone into depression. She refuses to stir out of the house, fearing a re-examination.

The government is, however, considering a re-examination on the ground that there was a leakage.
