Judgement of King Solomon awaited on Cynthia's child

Fri, Jul 08, 2016, 05:41 PM
The see-saw struggle over the possession of the five-year-old child between the murdered mother's family belonging to the Congo and her Indian Indian grandparents as also the courts and the child welfare home is continuing.

The woman, Cynthia, was murdered five days ago by her husband, Rupesh Agarwal. Her body was cut into pieces and the body parts burnt in the bush at Shamshabad. The local people reported smoke and smell emanating from the bush, which alerted the police and resulted in the red-handed catch of the husband. There was slush and mud on the road and Rupesh could not escape from the spot and was caught even as the the child was in the car.

The daughter was then sent to the children home at LB Nagar.

Meanwhile, the Rajendranagar Upparpalli court decided that the LB Nagar Children court would decide who should bring up the child-- the Indian grandparents or the Congolese relatives.

When the child was presented in the LB Nagar Children court, the court decided that the matter should be cleared by the Rajendranagar court only.

The Congolese relatives, who have arrived in a big number, are demanding the child for themselves. The Indian grandparents are also equally possessive.

At this stage, only the Judgement of King Solomon could decide the case.
