Six of 13 terror suspects in city identified by police

Six of the 13 possible ISIS terrorists, who have been arrested following raids by the National Investigation Agency with the help of the Hyderabad police in Old City, have been identified as Mohammed Ilyas, Ibrahim, Abdulla Almodi, Ajin Mohammad, Mohammad Irfani and Muzaffar. The police are prying the suspects for the rest of the seven names.

Following the NIA raids in Old City areas such as Chandrayangutta, Bhavani Nagar, Moghalpura, Mir Chowk, Talabkatta, Barkas, Hafizbabanagar, Shahalibanda, Hussainialam and other areas, the 13 possible terror suspects have been taken into custody and a large haul of arms and ammunition has been made.

The houses where they were living were surrounded by the police and the suspects nabbed.

They have been taken to a secret place in the city and being grilled as to their conspiratorial plans.

The terror suspects moved in to the city 4 months ago and living singly to hoodwink the police, it is stated.

Significantly, this is the second time that the NIA conducted raids in Hyderabad, while the city police is in the dark about the terrorist activity.
