Almost all the parties in assembly are issuing ‘Whips’ to their MLAs in regard of MLC elections. They are making it mandatory to attend polling and vote. As 12 candidates are contesting for 10 seats, parties are relying on whips. But analysts say these WHIPS are useless and they cant make any one one to vote in favor of any particular candidate?
